I personally used to have a Diet Coke addiction (probably just as bad because of the artificial sweetener) and it was very difficult to stop drinking it. My sister, however, had the worst Coke addiction I have ever seen. She has been “clean” for 5 months! How did she do it? Cold Turkey. There really was no other way for her to achieve her goal.
