A new study out shows that older women need more exercise to maintain and lose their weight, specifically, one hour of moderate exercise for women who are not dieting. So women who are older and overweight really need to put in even more hours either at the gym or doing activities. Otherwise, as we age, we need to gradually decrease the amount of calories we are consuming to avoid gaining weight into our golden years.
This research that was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association really points out what we here at Burn Fat Club already know. There is no easy fix. Exercise and watching what you eat are the keys to weight loss success. However, there are some exercises and programs that can guide you along the way and keep you focused on your goals.
