We had the opportunity to watch the latest Extreme Weight Loss Makeover edition and thought you might like to hear about the diet for Jacqui from West Palm Beach.
Jacqui started her journey at 355 and ended it at about 148. In her first three months, she lost over 90 pounds. Her second three months she lost over 50 pounds, and in her final phase, she lost enough to reach a total of 207 pounds lost.
Jacqui’s Diet
So how did Jacqui reach her goals? According to the show, Jacqui started on a 1500 calorie diet and exercised sometimes up to 4 hours each day. Her living room was equipped with a treadmill, free weights and a Recumbent Elliptical machine.
Fruits, vegetables, and unrefined, non-processed foods were the staples of her diet. She even had to quit her full-time job in order to focus on her weight loss.
With her husband’s support, Jacqui lost all of the weight and now she is working as a weight loss coach. You can see Jacqui’s success and where she is now in the video below. Congratulations Jacqui on a job well done!
