One of the best known and longest running liquid type diets would probably be the Master Cleanse. Also known as the “Lemonade Diet,” the Master Cleanse has turned into its own cottage industry and has been helping women to lose weight for more than 50 years.

It has even been used by many celebrities due to its fast results. Some of the well known names to have used the lemonade diet are Beyonce and Demi Moore.

A twist on the Master Cleanse formula popped up a few years ago in the form of Lemonade Diet Pills which basically took the main ingredients used in the original diet and put them into a capsule form. One of the celebrity endorsers that you will see around the web is Kym Johnson from Dancing with the Stars.

The idea behind the lemonade diet pill was that it was a little easier to do the diet since you did not have to worry about transporting the drink mixture to work or the gym. Whether you try the pill form or the original cleanse, the lemoande diet is definitely one that works fast for women.

Another liquid diet that has gathered a ton of attention recently is the K.E. Diet but all of the attention has not been positive to say the least. The K.E. Diet utilizes a feeding tube and daily diet drink to help women lose up to 20 pounds in 10 days.  It has been very popular with brides-to-be but many feel that it has gone a little overboard.

One other diet that was recently featured on the Dr. Oz show is the Raspberry Ketone Diet. Ketones have been well documented as a legitimate way to help women lose weight and Dr. Oz actually called them amazing after doing his own research. Raspberry Ketone supplements are quite powerful and the average lady would need to eat 90 pounds of raspberries to get the same effect.

Ultimately, when you are looking for diets that work fast, it really is all relative. Some women may consider 2 weeks fast enough to lose 10 pounds while others may say that 2 months is fast.  It really depends on why you need to lose the weight and how soon.
