We had a huge response to the Jillian Michaels 5K post at Burn Fat Club and wanted to throw out a FUN challenge to all our members!
First, you have to be a Burn Fat Club member, but it’s totally free and super easy to sign up using the form below. Plus, you get neat free things like our “7 Tools to Burn Maximum Fat” with shopping lists, menu planner and measurement tracker…things that can help you lose weight and get healthy. THEN,
1) Get Jillian’s free 5K plan, “From Sedentary to 5K” from the NBC website.
2) Then find a 5K to do before September 1. Here is a link that shows schedules for races all over the country.
3) Come check out the newbie 5K FAQ post and leave a comment stating when you are going to do your 5K. Maybe you will find others in your area and you can team up for support!
4) Send your finish line photos with your time (either next to the clock or your results page) to burnfatlady@burnfatclub.com by September 10 for prizes (details to be announced later, getting donations in now)! Prizes will be awarded by gender, age and weight. We think anyone who finishes a 5K no matter how much they weigh or how long it took should be eligible for a prize!
P.S. It’s great to sign up at Jillian’s website too for her diet plan…here is how I got a cheaper offer.
