On the lookout for diets that work fast for women, I came across Isabel De Los Rios, a nutritionist who has lost and kept off 30 pounds. She’s also an exercise specialist with 10 years of experience helping clients reach their weight goals too. I checked it out and I like that she promotes fruits and vegetables and to avoid high fructose corn syrup. But there were some others things that I found surprising, though I have heard through body building circles before. One was to avoid whole wheat bread because it can cause you to gain weight. I would love for someone to use this program and let me know how it works for them. I personally have already switched to Ezekiel sprouted grain bread (no flour and yummy) but I know that people who eat whole grains vs. white, refined bread lose more weight. The way I think of it is this…if you currently eat white breads, refined breakfast cereals, etc..then it’s a great goal to go from white breads, to whole wheat or whole grain breads and then move later on to just whole grains like sprouted grains, quinoa, rice, etc.
